Paper-Back Flexible Wood Veneer, commonly referred to as 10 mil or 20 mil veneer, consists of a thin sheet of real wood veneer laminated to a specially engineered paper backing. This construction enhances the veneer’s flexibility, stability, and ease of handling, making it an ideal solution for both flat and gently curved surfaces.

To further improve flexibility, the wood grain is mechanically processed through a specialized grain-breaking technique. This controlled process loosens the natural wood fibers, allowing the veneer to bend and conform to curved surfaces and radius applications without cracking or splitting while preserving the authentic appearance and character of real wood.
