EDGE BANDING | ABOUT

Edge banding is a narrow strip of material applied along the raw edges of panels to seal, protect, and enhance the visual finish. It hides the exposed core material, making the panel look like a solid piece of wood or a fully finished surface. The result is a clean, durable, and professional finish that improves both the aesthetics and longevity of the panel.

Edge banding can be pre-glued (activated with heat) or applied using specialized edge-banding machines with hot-melt adhesive.
